每每與生命過不去，齟齬頻頻；
總是有人，苦口婆心，
重複地說著這樣的一段話 :
蔑視死亡是一種英勇的行為，
但是當活著比死亡更加可怕的時候，
那麼敢於生活下去才是至高無上的勇氣。

一直不知道是出自英國文學家 Thomas Browne 之手，
令人驚豔的是，作家還有一顆無敵柔軟的心 :

Don't try so hard, the best things come
when you least expect them to.
不要著急，最好的總會在最不經意的時候出現


Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people
before meeting the right one,
so that when we finally meet the person,
we will know how to be grateful.
在遇見心儀的對象之前，上帝或許會安排你先遇著挫折；
如此，在真愛終於出現的時後，你就會更懂得珍惜


Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened.
不要為結束而哭泣，要為曾經擁有而微笑


Life is a pure flame, and we live by an invisible sun within us.
生命是束純淨的火焰，我們依靠自己內心看不見的太陽而存在
